Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Stettler, AB, for the position of Operations Manager. As a permanent, full-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring efficient business performance.

Pay: $35 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Stettler, AB

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline daily operations.
  • Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies for the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Perform front desk duties, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Implement marketing activities to promote the organization's services.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive organizational growth.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and approve policies and programs to achieve them.
