Location: Lloydminster, SK

About the Opportunity:
As an Administrative Assistant at Husky Midstream General Partnership in Lloydminster, SK, you'll report to the Senior Manager, Operations & Maintenance, providing administrative and business support in a professional, time-sensitive, and confidential manner. Your role will involve various clerical functions and working with computer-based systems. We're seeking a self-starter who values teamwork and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including arranging meetings, office moves, office supply orders, and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
  • Manage vehicle administration tasks including insurance and fuel cards, vehicle assignments, and vehicle monitoring system.
  • Support electronic document management processes such as filing and archiving documents.
  • Govern the card access and security system for Husky Midstream assets.
  • Manage operations schedule in SAP, including time entry and verification.
  • Administer SharePoint site, creating and maintaining Resource Center SharePoint page.

Requirements:

  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Administration or Business Diploma from a technical school or Community College preferred, or minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive office administrative experience.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power Automate).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks with several priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, conflict resolution, and diplomacy.
  • Extremely professional and confidential.
