Full Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Terrace Bay, ON. This position offers a competitive hourly wage and the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours.

Education:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic inquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support
