Full Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team in North York, ON. This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary range and a variety of benefits. The successful candidate will have a college diploma or equivalent experience and a strong background in administrative support.

Education:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
