Responsibilities Include:


  • Facilitating effective communication among clients, advisors, and collaborators.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service across various platforms.
  • Analyzing client accounts for business development activities.
  • Efficiently handling transactions and updating client files.
  • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and preparing for client meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management protocols.

Your Team: You'll be joining National Bank Financial – Wealth Management, the fifth-largest mutual funds brokerage in Canada. With approximately 1,000 investment advisors managing assets for over 400,000 clients across 100 branches, you'll collaborate closely with an investment advisor under the guidance of the regional manager to deliver unparalleled client service. Success will hinge on effective collaboration and partnership.

Prerequisites:


  • A college diploma in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience in banking operations, customer service, or administration.

  • Strong organizational and priority management skills.
