Position Summary: As a Guest Arrival Expert at W Toronto, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for guests from their arrival to departure. You'll be responsible for delivering a wide range of services, guiding guests through their stay, and ensuring they leave with a smile. Whether addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, you'll make transactions feel like part of the experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process operational needs related to guest arrivals and departures
• Address guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Complete necessary reports accurately
• Share highlights of the local area with guests
• Maintain a safe workplace and uphold quality standards
• Ensure professional appearance and communication at all times
• Move around the space as needed and take a hands-on approach to work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
• License or Certification: None required
