Job Overview: The delivery driver at Forest Park is tasked with delivering orders from the restaurant to customers promptly and safely. This role involves managing orders, explaining menus, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the delivery vehicle's safety and cleanliness.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Use defensive driving skills.
• Upsell menu items when taking orders.
• Collect and process payments accurately.
• Assist the team between orders with various tasks.
• Help with setting up for banquets and special events.

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local roads or ability to use GPS navigation.
• Strong time management skills.
• Physical fitness, able to lift 20lbs-50lbs frequently.
• Ability to sit and stand for long durations, and perform physical tasks.
