Your Opportunity:

Alberta Health Services (AHS) is offering a competitive rate of pay alongside a Remote Retention Allowance of up to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Job Description:

The Driver I role involves the transportation of a variety of items including mail, packages, medical supplies, equipment, food, and linen. These duties must be performed in line with AHS standards, regulations, and policies. The role requires working independently, adhering to scheduled and ad-hoc requests in a safe and courteous manner. Routine responsibilities include logging mileage, cleaning vehicles, performing vehicle inspections before and after use, and reporting any defects or malfunctions to management.

Remuneration:

• Minimum Salary: $22.41

• Completion of a valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate.
