Full Job Description:

No specific degrees or diplomas are required, but we're looking for candidates with 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Work Site Environment:

• Outdoor work in various conditions including at heights and in hot temperatures.
• Located in a rural setting.

Primary Tasks:

• Picking row and orchard crops, with a focus on cherries.

Type of Crops:

• Cherries.

Equipment and Machinery Experience:

• Experience with operating a tractor is needed.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

• This role is fast-paced and involves repetitive tasks.
• It is physically demanding and requires manual dexterity, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
• Applicants must be capable of standing for extended periods and be comfortable with bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Overtime will be required.
• Must be able to handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
