Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
• Clean and pile salvaged materials
• Perform routine maintenance work
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
• Assist in taping over joints using a taping machine and embedding tape in compound
• Assist in applying successive coats of compound and sanding seams and joints
• Assist in applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster
• Perform other duties at construction sites as directed

Requirements:

• No degree, certificate, or diploma required
• No experience necessary; paid on-the-job training provided
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Attention to detail
• Team player
