About the Role: Canada Post is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team in Camrose, Alberta. We are looking for 2 candidates to fill temporary, on-call positions either as Delivery Agents (Letter Carriers) or Postal Clerks. This role is essential in ensuring Canadians receive their mail and parcels promptly.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery Agent: Prepare, sort, and deliver mail and packages by foot or postal vehicle. Start and end your day at the depot to unload and process mail.
• Postal Clerk: Work inside sorting facilities to sort, scan, and organize mail and packages. This may involve operating material handling equipment and working various shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Class 5 or Class G driver's license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years (driver's abstract required).
• Ability to lift up to 22.7 kg (50 lb) and carry up to 15.9 kg (35 lb) regularly throughout the day.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Available for on-call work, possibly during evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak).

Preferred Experience:

• Customer service experience.
• Experience as a delivery person or driver.
• Experience in a production environment is an asset.
