Your Role as a Delivery Driver

• Order Preparation: Prepare orders based on the transport ticket and adhere to delivery deadlines unless otherwise instructed by the dispatcher.
• Quality Assurance: Validate merchandise for quality and accuracy before delivery and review it with customers upon receipt.
• Efficiency in Service: Plan daily pickups of cores, returns, and warranties for clients without disrupting delivery service efficiency.
• Electronic Delivery Compliance: Adhere to electronic delivery principles and standards.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring proper documentation accompanies all transactions.
• Customer Service: Report any client complaints or dissatisfaction swiftly to the dispatcher and/or store manager.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily checks on vehicle fluid levels, tire condition, and maintain interior and exterior cleanliness.
• Safety: Drive safely and comply with road regulations at all times.
• Inventory Support: Participate in cyclic account programs and the store's annual inventory.
• Store Support: May assist with customer service activities, store cleanliness, and product organization as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: No previous experience required.
• Driving License: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
