Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and coordinating seminars and conferences
- Recording and preparing minutes of meetings
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Answering and relaying telephone calls and messages
- Responding to electronic inquiries
- Compiling data and statistics
- Responding to employee questions and complaints
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Liaising with management, union officials, and HR consultants
- Arranging travel and related itineraries
- Greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas
- Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
- Typing and proofreading correspondence and documents
- Conducting research
- Performing data entry
Requirements
- Education: High school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience
