Job Description:
As a Facilities Clerk / Office Services Clerk at EY, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the essential business functions that keep our organization operating efficiently. You'll work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service, contributing to EY's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include coordinating facility maintenance, preparing meeting rooms, managing mail and courier services, maintaining office equipment, records management, supply provisioning, and light housekeeping. Overtime may be required to meet business needs.
