Overview:

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience

Experience: 5 years or more

Asset languages: Tamil

Work Setting: Willing to relocate

Responsibilities:

• Train workers in duties and policies
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Coordinate, assign, and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
• Establish work schedules and procedures

Supervision: 5-10 people

Experience and Specialization:

• Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Visio, QuickBooks, Adobe Suite
