Job Description:

Job Summary:
This role focuses on handling packages with care and efficiency. Your responsibilities include loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. You might be required to operate heavy machinery and perform other duties as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to both walk-in customers and those on calls.
• Understand customers' shipping needs and propose effective solutions.
• Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends.
• Operate and maintain all equipment, software, and devices proficiently and provide training to others.
• Ensure the work environment is tidy, organized, and safe.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
