Key Responsibilities:

• Perform painting work within the seniors residence, ensuring high-quality finishing on surfaces.
• Clean and maintain work tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Safely manage and use painting products and materials.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and priming as necessary.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant painting experience preferred.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
