Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and create work schedules accordingly
- Prepare and submit reports related to daily operations
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Supervise and motivate team members on an assigned shift
- Provide input to Restaurant General Manager when performance issues arise on any supervised shift
