Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and create work schedules accordingly
  • Prepare and submit reports related to daily operations
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Supervise and motivate team members on an assigned shift
  • Provide input to Restaurant General Manager when performance issues arise on any supervised shift
