As a Shift Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring our guests receive the best Quick Service Restaurant experience possible by:

• Motivating and leading your team to achieve excellence.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including sales growth and profit building.
• Engaging with your community through participation in local events.
