Full Job Description
This is a fully remote role in a team with 60+ inbox managers from around the world. As an Inbox Manager, you'll have the flexibility to choose how many hours and when you want to work (at the same time each day) Monday to Friday. A dedicated support team and ongoing training will be provided to help you succeed. Performance bonuses are available, and US public holidays are paid.
We’re looking for several fully remote, self-employed contractors to join the InboxDone team as Inbox Managers. Your responsibilities include handling any inbox-related tasks for your designated clients, such as responding to emails, scheduling, customer service, relationship management, or overall team coordination.
To be a standout Inbox Manager, you need to be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, meticulous about spelling and grammar, proficient with Gmail and Outlook, organized, tech-savvy, able to work remotely with minimal distractions, comfortable performing repetitive tasks, adaptable in changing language and tone to match different clients, and proactive in anticipating client needs.
